Beliefs and Values; Attitudes

At my home and my friends houses, I show respect. I show respect when I say words like yes: yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir , and no sir. I also do not go through peoples things and barge into their houses without them knowing. At my home and other homes I think I need to do better at showing curiosity towards what people say; like a joke or a saying. I think I need to fix this problem, because when ever somebody say something I take it really seriously, and I think they are not funny at all.

Who we Are 3/29/10

Nature of self: I like to play sports. I also like have money that I could actually use for things that are important. My most favorite hobby is to teach and play dogs new tricks. My aunts dog always likes it when I was throwing the ball ,then one time I threw it and it landed straight in his mouth then I just started to teach dogs new tricks. What also makes me unique is how I collect skateboarding logos and skateboards. I also collect skateboarding designer shoes. One of my most weirdest hobbies is how I like to collect iPods.

Core: The things that make me frustrated, is when people think they are all that and people that brag about every little thing that they own. People that argue about every little thing is what makes me the most angry, also people that talk bad about other people behind their backs makes angry.

My values: My cat is the biggest thing that is important to me. My skateboards are important to me ,because that represents who I am and what I do for fun. How people act is important to me, because it shows how somebody treats another person they are friends with. Family is important to a lot of other people like me.

Physical Health: The way I exercise is skateboarding, bike riding, and going on a trampoline. The way I clean my self is putting deodorant, brushing my teeth, taking showers and doing all the other thing that you normally do or known as the essentials.

Social Health: The way I socialize is going to the skate park and talking with my friends there. Most of the time we play SKATE or SK8. I also be real, which means I do not try to be someone I am not just so some one can be my friend.

Spiritual Health: As my spiritual health, I am an American, but I am also Mexican from my father's side of the family. For my religion, i am a Christan. I celebrate Christmas, Easter, and all of the other holidays that Christians celebrate.

I get along with many people, so I do not have to worry about not having too little of friends. Me and my mom get along very well, there are some times where I think she is wrong and most of the time she is, well about 49%. Me and my sisters get along well, but we do not see each other much.

Some of the communities that I am apart of is email, sports, friends, and family. I always hang out with my friends whenever I play sports. Me and my family are very close.

Some of my traditions, are fourth of July, going to the skate park, and celebrating Christmas. I always have done these traditions sense I was little.

The rights I think people that people should have are, freedom of dress ,freedom of speech, 20 minuets of play after school, and if you buy an electronic you should be in charge of it. My parents responsibilities are to feed me, take care of me, buy me clothes. All of the responsibilities are important for them and for me. My responsibilities to do my school work, doing my work, doing my chores, and making good grades.

For me being human, is making mistakes, obeying rules, taking care of people, going to school, and being honest. i think every human should go through thesse, becuase no one is perfect.

Journal before Exihbition

I am excited about exibition, but I am worried that some people are going to talk and distract other groups from doing their work. I like our main idea for this years exhibition, I think it has to do with the Earth and how we are in our minds. The only thing that I am worried about, is how we are going to present our idea and our projects to the other fourth grade and other grade students. That is what I am thinking about exhibition.
